Itm the first tyme I was Imprisoned by Docter barnsdell was the 7 Dai of november ♀ 1595. & I cam out of prison the 25 Day by a writ m^r willis brought/.

Itm I was Imprisoned by the Doctors Again 1596 the 30 of Septmb And cane {sic} forth the 12 of octob. & then mad a band

And I was arested vpon that band by the Docters 1597 the 20 of Decemb/. the w^ch is nowe in suet/.
