Decēb 4 1604 I did ride to S Francis fortiskue & albeit he cravd wheathr I had brought him a petition to subscribe vnto yet did he so mutch for me as being intreated of me to drawe a forme & afterward did subscribe his owne hard {sic}
I went also to Sr Henry longvile & he put to his hand.
