The red stone of vitrioll
get this tincture into a philosop{illeg} fixing furnace & it will fix into a red stone wch will dissolve in ons mouth dosis 2 grynes & it is of more force then the sulphur but howe it should be fixed I will not manyfest least the knowledg of so great a secreat should fall into ye hands of an vnworth{y} son
