I was very sick febr 15. h {sic}. hor {6}. 45. p m. 1612 in my stomack wth watering & quaming & gryping vntill I voyded my stomack wth my finger very abundantly. & after yt I went to bed I scoured 5 or six times {go} & felt cōvuls & crāps in my hips. vppō styrring. gods name be blessed for it everlastingly1
