Iohn vuedale & Thomas Nichols went to gather malt for a whitson ale & had gatherd a great deale but when they came to Robart Nichols son & Will Malins denyed & Robart Smyth cōtradicted but yet gave his malt but Richard Weatherhead & Iohn Rufhead could not agree about the burning & so brought backe there malt to ther homes
