Iohn Woadle of Cranfild 9 y old when he came to me some 6 yeres sinc was so taken wth sutch strong fits 3 or 4 tymes a day yt 2 could not held him & had bene so for a weeke was mended by the course yt was prscribed him & by litle & litle mended
