RN Iames freemā & Vrsula freemā of Islep in Northhampton shere. Iames freemā 37. & vrsula 30 y Ap 25 die ♀ h. 11. 45 ant m. 1600. had a sore leg & yt was healed vp well this wintr & now she is full of aches.
