Text searches are usually not the best way to find relevant cases since they are only capable of searching the transcribed ‘question’ portions of each consultation. The more detailed search fields above and the facets in the left hand column of the results pages fully utilise the extensive metadata for each case to provide more detailed and controlled searching.
Our text search fully supports the use of wildcards.
