Richard Napier Ihone ford of Dreiton Parsnā. 54. sick this twelmoneth. but keepeth her bed for this 8 days. the 20 of decēb. sent to me this 29 of decemb h. 11. 6|9| m. die ♀ 1598. water betwixt yellow & white being cold.
