RN Richard Lingard this a yere & halfe old. troubled wth an ague & wth the wormes. & leekely to have the iandes the child is weaned sent to me by there sister. the fathr & the mothr boath Apr. 17. die ♂ h. 2. 30|5| p m. 1599. of Simpson a great cold.
