RN Mr Engolsby of Lemborough of the parish of buckingam for his child Frauncis Engolsby 20 weekes old refuseth his Nurces breast maketh great moane & hath bene very sick this two days. sent to me this 19 of Ianuary. die ♄ ♄ {sic} 7. 30 ant m. 1600 /a vehement cough. & draweth his wind very short\
