Richard Napier Mary farrow of Earles Barton was 14 y last twelfday last the morne after on satterday morning in the morning before day came to me for her right hand broken out like a great bloody sore & under her armes with bunches thighes & hips with many issues all looke red & bloody hand swelleth mutch may 5 Tuesday h. 11. am 1618.

was full of bleatch being a child & was noynted & neaver sinc well.
