3. utrum reprob{illeg}|a|bit aliquem amoris sui {ænu}lum sicut ei promisit, paucis abhinc diebus

4. utrum Pater non tam dignitates pristinas recuperabit, quam Debitum a rege ei promissum. quia dominus mag Thesaurarius promittit 2000 libra cum debuissit ei persolvere 3000 libra et 5 baronatos /a litle before eight he had a sore fall from his horse who fell uppon him & brused him sorely.\
