RN Sr Robert Boswell of Aynfford in Kent 64 y {illeg} hath had a loosenes ever sinc thursday 5 or 6 tymes & now turned into blood. some 3 or 4 days since & cānot sleepe & is very flegmatick. a bad stomack. a tale gentlemā & leane Iune 5 ♃ h. 7. 15 ant m 1623.
