RN Mr Charlets sonne of Pembroke college in Oxford Mr of Arts sometyms cōmoner of Alsoule college came to me in the behalfe of Mr White fellow of Pembroke college who hath a purpose to come to me for his eys wch be very dym that he cā scarce see wth them but hath bene so a yere & formerly hath had my consayle Iune 17 ☾ h. 7. 20. ant m 1633
