hath not had the right course of her body these 3 yers.

feareth a cōsumption |& what is good to kepe her frō it|

vyyn {sic} very good.

would have a purge for her selfe & her husb. who feareth his father disease careth not for meate is Iealous of his wife being very honest & chast. & is sometyes {sic} lunatick & mad 4 y. & a halfe every 3 or 4 days.

he thincketh yt he is bewitched wth on a womā yt gave his mother physick./
