RN Thomas Williamson of Newport tayler who Dwelleth hard by Mr yarrowe about 40 yeres old. sick ever sinc tuesday. the 2i of Novemb. being tuesdaye first took his sicknes {sent} not before this 27 of Decemb. {sic} fearfull of death & Distrustfull die ☾. h. 9. 49. 1598. watr exceeding hie coloured & thick keepeth his bed.
