RN Will: Seere of haversham. 53 yeres old sitteth vp by the fier, very stiffe & hardly to {ground} onc in 24 houres complayneth of his body & lims & legs most in on of his sides all over his left syde ever sinc March last: first amisse not able to goe over the Dore threshall. sinc Alhalloutide. sent his wife to me Decēb. 21. die ♃. h. 12. 45. 1598. on of his legs the left wonderfully swelled. a very diseased body & hath had a greate cough.¹

RN Iohn fleete of Singleborowe ab 54. for his speach & the hoarsnes therof. when he is thorowe hot. his spittle hot & salt & sower. some times in his Chest & hed & minde w^th crosses. RN G {sic} Ione Hatch of Simpson 53. payned in her hed & back & every where. & hath a great mist over her eyes. / sent to me for phisick was vp taketh her as an ague very Cold. & litle hot. Apr 27. die ♀ h. 3. ps m {sic}. 1599.

RN Dorothy Hooden of Adington 50. came her selfe. may the 7|8| die ♂ h. 11. 40. mi ant m 1599. a payne in her hed & very full. & disquieteth her sences.
