RN my lord Mordants litle child ten weekes on satt last it was borne the 19 of marh {sic} last betweene 10 & 11 in ye morning. it was healthfull vntill weddensday last. may 25. h. 4. 30 ant m it was taken wth a stretching out of the arms a galling of the eys & skryking & trēbling of all tes vppon may 26. it had 3 fits 2 in ye morning. & on at noone. & hath an arising in ye throte wch is seene & felt. & by holding downe by hand hath some ease & it riseth moore. the left syde of the throate. sent to me Iune 2. ♃ h. 8 ant m. 1625.
