M^r Adams of Stachden well recovered but his mouth is very soare the skyn of his stomack is so hot faynt & sickly a bad stomack Iune 7 h {sic} hor 9 ant m 1617 desyrous of a cool{in}g syrope or other cōforta{ter}

RN Goody Hāman of Whaddon 55 y Aug. 5 ♀ h. 9 30 ant m 1631 /sick a fortnight frō\ should to her breast arms & belly esp bottome of her belly like a wynd.

RN Agnes Harwood of Cosgrave 50 yeres payned in her legs & body. hoven in the neither side of her belly as it were an impostume very sicke w^thall & vomiteth vp every daye what serve {sic} shee taketh. sent to me this first of may. 8|h|or 8. 30|5|. p|a|nt m. 1599.

RN Gyllion Kins of fæny stratford. 56. sick ever since thursday was fortnight cōplayneth of all tes but specially of her hart & of heate

RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. RN Ihone Nelson of Moulso of 52 yeres old. sick this 14 yere. always vomiteth vp her meate espec. this last yere. keepeth nowe her bed it g{oo}gleth in her body. y^t w^c cometh vp is black as sote nothing given her will: make her vomit shee bendeth her selfe forward & always must reatch fleume sick her back & left side & keepeth her bed. & tumbleth vp all 10. 45. ant m 1598. shee feareth lest shee be wasted w^thin. 1598. die ☿ always cold feete hands novemb. 8.

RN M^r Dolling of Exet colledg in Oxf. 16 y devon: ca{illeg}|{me}| to M^r Spicer for his counsell being very sick in his stomacke of longe {tyme} having bene in the Docters hands before almost halfe a yere & was cured by M^r Spicer in 6 or 8 weekes at the most march feb. 6. ♀ h. 9. 30 ant m 1618
