RN my lady came \Maunsell/ showed me her watr Ian 24 ♀ h 10. 30 ant m. 1606. who was at my lady Chaynes howse at Drayton 35 y. a long visage leane & yellowish full of melanch. long sick & casteth every foote mutch reds. &|w|ch trouble her mutch. & cōtinew long also whitꝭ but the {sic} weaken not yet have cōtinewed longe wch come 3 days before the red. casteth mutch faynt & feeble mutch wynd costive /Lady Maunsell. 35 y.\
