RN Edward Newnton sick this 14 weekꝭ of Stony stratford a weaver hart & everywhere sick pined & yet eatet skin & bone. & yet will eate any thing. 60 yeres old. faynt. hard bound {illeg}|y|et onc in 24 houres. feareth lest he be b{edr}ed a drie coughe. this 8 yeres. RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground

RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.

RN Rich Prentise of lowten about 60 payned in his back lims & in his mēbers. full of aches feb. 20 die ♂ h. 11. 45. 1599. cannot sleepe he hath a great scouring day by day. 4 or 6 times a day for this 20 yeres.

RN Katherine Giles of Hanslop. a widowe 60 yeres troubled w^th a hot winde in her belly troubled w^th a greate laske. almost this 12 moneth. cane {sic} to me this 20 of March die ♂ h. 2. 30. p m 1599.

RN Ihone Richardson of yardly mill. 60. sick this 12 moneth by a fit of a cold & cough short winded. & a phis|t|ick & a corpulent woman a good water: – 4^d.

RN Thomas Gardener of Dunsanger of 60 yeres old his water as red as any blood leeke very bloode fell sick on satterday night at midnight cōplayneth of his belly. very Costive since. can take no rest nor sleepe cryeth out w^th extremitye of payne. Apr. 9 die ☾ h. 6. {illeg}5|30|. m. ant m. 1599.

RN Will: Miller of Brodwell 60 yeres old. sore in his legs swollen w^th the humor fallen downe into them & in his lims. Ap. 28. die ♄. h 8. 30. ant m. 1599. goeth to ground once in 2 days.

RN Goodman Gardner of Dunsanger of 68 yeres old very costive his bodye out of tem. his {sic} the bottome of his belly mutch swelled water passeth from him he knoweth not howe. sent to me. Maij 2. die ☿. h. 8 20 mi ant m. 1599. harthose/

RN M^r Potter of Willing of 60. cōplayneth of a payne at his harte & the winde lyeth there. may the 12. die ♄. h. 8. 30. ant m. 1599. cannot sleepe nor rest.

RN Richard leach of Dunsanger 64. sic not sick but hath a {gr} somewhat lyeth about his harte & hath a great cough. & when it ariseth about his harte. is ready to stop his winde & ratleth in the throate. A {sic} Octob. 2. die ♂ h. 9. 15 p ant m. 1599.

RN Anthony Smithe of 60 yeres of havershā is troubled w^th a very sore laske. for this 2 dayes & hath brought him very loe enquireth a remedy for his Disease. the 16 of Septemb. 15 die ♄. h. 8. 22. ant m. 1598.¹
