RN A poor mā \Iohn Cosens of Croxon in Cābridgsheere/ for 2 sore legs swelled 4 or 5 yeres but of late worse yet walketh vppon them & care {sic} 20 myles. Ap 20 h {sic} hor. 5. 30 p m 1622.

RN M^r Pigget of Bechington 5|6|0 y. hath an ache fallē into his toe w^ch is swelled therwith. & is as big as boath tooes & looketh red & glistereth. Aug. 20 die ☾ h. 9. 15 ant m. 1599.

RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.
