RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. RN Elisabeth Sandons the daught^r of Iohn Sandon ded & deted & moth^r. her vnkle came for her at Woulverton 9 yeres old amisse this fortnight they suppose it to have bene an ague. very sleepy & Drowsy. cōplayneth of her hed & belly. Novemb. 17. die ♀ h. 10. 15. mi. 1598.
