RN my Neece & lady Earsfild for her daughter 3 y March. 10 h {sic} hor 7 ant m 1632

[Astrological Chart]

\grpes {sic} in the pit of her stomacke belly & sydes/ a very hard belly worms suspected1

Alooes mxed {sic} wth rub did her no good

nor a bag {illeg}|o|f wormewood steeped in vineg wth nutmeg applyed nor my oyntment of Savyn & wormewood

What I think of it & what may doe her good
