M’ that I send by Euseby Broughton at his next going to London for an onc of the best Indian balsome. And also a purge & pils for twice to my lady Pænystone & to signify y^t she is to be let blood for her red sore brest y^t payneth her & the gowt in her ioynts & her bad stomack.

Alce Chaplyn of hardmayde dyed of the new ague about a month sinc dyed the she was with me on fryday or thursday & dyed vppon sondaye was let blood by my consayle took grefe y^t her husb. had a bastard.
