The phisick shee had last gaue her the first tyme of takinge .5. stools the .2. tyme .9. stools⸫

Hee tooke not the vomite y^t was sent. 1 because hee is very vnapt to vomite; 2 because his neck is longe & brest somewhat straite; 3 because vomiteinge once by chance by reason of Tobacco blowne into his mouth it brought vp Bloud w^th it, & hath beene y^e cause of all his infirmity. 4 hee suspecteth his Lunges, for w^ch hee thinkes vomiteing is very hurtfull.

Took his purge w^ch gaue him 12 occasions. Hee desireth a Course to bee vsed for his Brest & Lunges.

his paine continueth still in his si{de} backe, had not his fit within these three weekes.

TG Robert Stone of Grondon 24 y. Mert {sic}. 25 ♂ h. 12 mer. 1634. he was here about candlemes & had a vomite which did easy him for a time of his cough, but now he cougheth not so much, but hath a constant paine on his right breast, which will not give him leave to cough.

Complained of Cramps & weaknes ouer all his body. face, Armes legs were swelld, now thanks be to God are not. was the payne in his back doth not so much trouble him as before his loosenes stayd vpon those things I gaue as Clysters & Cordialls. now his loosenes hath taken him agayne desires something y^t may stay it. vryne a little higher y^en it hath bin this 3 dayes, no slu{ff}y Sediment, nor so much troubled with the Gonorrhæa as before Laus deo.

Desires at this tyme something for Cough & loosenes.

SRN M^r Iohn Tyringham of Henwicke Decemb^r 10. ♄. hor. 12. in merid. 1631. /M^rs Tyringham misit aq vrinā & quærit vtrum sit grauida/.\

The vomitt gaue him much ease for y^e stoppinge of his stomach. The Cordiall hath somewhat abated his Cough he desyres a nother of y^e same He is sometymes troubled with y^e Crampe in his thyghes & legs & feete.

GJ Iulij 12. ☾ ho: 12. 20. p. m. I went to see m^rs Byrd and Came there ho. 1. p m her phisicke that she tooke yesterday gave her 17 stooles. she is sicke still very hott a payne at her right side feareth the yellow Iaundise.

The pills j sent her did worke very well & did her very much good.

Is now short wynded & much hoven in y^e stomacke & weake in her knees & A{illeg}k|nc|kles, as she was then

hath at this tyme a great hoarsenes & straytnes in her throate. desires the note of y^e Dyet drinke. & pills.

SRN M^rs. Cotta of Coventrey. sent her ler Novemƀ. 14. ♄ h. 10. a. m. 1635.

The vomitt did worke, vpward & 5 tymes downeward. the pills wrought well & she was let blood arme & Foote:

hath not had y^em since March Last, now finds her Liuer distemperd & a payne there. desires the opening drinke or the receipt
