RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. RN Anthony Smithe of 60 yeres of havershā is troubled w^th a very sore laske. for this 2 dayes & hath brought him very loe enquireth a remedy for his Disease. the 16 of Septemb. 15 die ♄. h. 8. 22. ant m. 1598.¹
