RN Iohn Smith of Olny 13 yeres old troubled in his belly & right side sonday come wilbe 3 weekes & onc he did voyde blood & often slymy geere in his guttꝭ. the 5 of Apr. die ☿ {sic} h. 10. ant m. 1599. a greeping in his guts.

RN Iohn Stubly 22. of Shenly complayneth of his guts & the gnawing of his navell & he voyded a worme. black & longe. he lyeth vppon the ground on his belly cannot tak any rest Apr. 6. die ♀ h. 10. 20 1599. wat^r good. a {sic} bl ruddy coloured & nowe pale coloured. the spice of it this 2 yeres.

RN George Illing of Newport had a great fall frō a howse his huckbone out of ioynt not able to goe a great paine about his harte. Apr. 25 die ☿ h. 10. 30. m ant m. 1599. his meateth {sic} cometh vp. his hart greeped.
