Charels Touchers wife hath not had her termes this 6 yeres her stomack hoven & her hed ill & backe her wombe & chest stuffed short winded. hart ill water good. yellowe but thin. taken a greefe for payment of monyes for her husb. brother for s{ur}tiship. 200^li

RN Goodmā|dy| Nueman of Brodwell. of 45 yeres of age found mutch ease by y^t w^c phisick w^c was given her & wrought vpward & downeward w^th her & shee was very prety well after it for 2 or 3 days. &|b|ut st the thirde day after it tooke her agayne & she is mutch troubled w^th the winde cholick & w^th a hot & drye stomacke. & sent her daugh{t}{er} agayne to me. RN Margaret Tarelton \Thorne/ the wife of Will Tarelton a tealer \of Newport./ 40 yeres old 16 yeres maried sick & hath had her disease growing vppon her this 12 monets {sic} & better quærit novemb. it taketh her every foote. Novemb. 13 die ☾. h. 12. 6. mi 1598. shee was so weak shee could not come but sent her servant mead it ariseth from her hart vpward to her throot ready to stop her winde

RN Parnell Brookes Kerke of Caucot 58. sicke a great well very ill in her bellye. & is a woman of a great body & is swollen & so hath beene this quarter of this yere. / sent to me by her Daughter. this second of maye h. 12. 40. 1599. twice maried.

RN An Haman 56 of litle brickhill: sick ever sinc Christmas not hart sick but swollen in her body & in her legs & very stiffe sent to me by her husband. Martij 22. die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 1. 10. 1599. very costive & as if shee were st{oun}ge & cannot rise except shee be lifted. very cold & stiffe & short winded & leekely to die 1599.

RN G {sic} Ione Hatch of Simpson 53. payned in her hed & back & every where. & hath a great mist over her eyes. / sent to me for phisick was vp taketh her as an ague very Cold. & litle hot. Apr 27. die ♀ h. 3. ps m {sic}. 1599.

RN Will: Seere of haversham. 53 yeres old sitteth vp by the fier, very stiffe & hardly to {ground} onc in 24 houres complayneth of his body & lims & legs most in on of his sides all over his left syde ever sinc March last: first amisse not able to goe over the Dore threshall. sinc Alhalloutide. sent his wife to me Decēb. 21. die ♃. h. 12. 45. 1598. on of his legs the left wonderfully swelled. a very diseased body & hath had a greate cough.¹

RN Richard Travell of Handslop 70 yeres old {sick} this sennet by fits he had a bruise w^th a peece of tymber a twelmonth since. now vp & downe in his chest sent his sonn. Octob. 31. die ♂ h. 12. 40. m. 1598 had 2 wifes.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson mill. l 72 yeres old sick in L {sic} his body this 2 or 3 yeres about his \6 weekes./ he cōplayneth \of his navell/ it is sore & rūneth a|i|t reeseth at his navell leek an oake water. it looketh red & is rawe. he hath the cholick w^th all & y^t for this 7 yeres: maketh water very often. he thinketh his teeth to {stink} in his hed. & his feete to Double vnder him die ☿. h. 12. 15. 1598 he sent me a dish of oates he is a fuller. novemb. 8. 1598.
