RN Elisabeth Bunker of Newport complayneth of her legs. & of the {sic} her limms & hath bene sick of it almost this two yeres 17 yeres last midsomer Sept 25. die ☾. h. 10. 15. m. shee taketh no ioy of her worke nor of any thing els.

RN M^res Rowe came to Newport & sent Goodmā Cowly of Newport to request me to come vnto her for shee hath a sore legs exceedingly swollen & nothing broken out they glister. Octob. 9. die {☾} h. 11. 30.¹

RN Will: Miller of Brodwell 60 yeres old. sore in his legs swollen w^th the humor fallen downe into them & in his lims. Ap. 28. die ♄. h 8. 30. ant m. 1599. goeth to ground once in 2 days.

RN Harry Arnold for aches in his lims his thighes & legs. Asc. day. the 17 of may. die ♃. h. 6. 15 ant m. 1599.

RN Will: White of Caucot 30. maried. sick vppon tuesday last w^th an ache in his left leg huckbone & backe. sept 8 die ♄ h. 9. 38. ant m. 1599.

RN Ione Newall. \30 yeres old./ of Kempson for a lam\e/nes in her loynes |on of| her legs shrinke shorter then thoth^r. her sinewes shrunke. Decēber. 20 die ♃ h. 11. 30.

RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. M^r yarrow for him novemb. {sic} 1 Decēb. die ♀ h. 10. 15. 1598¹
