M^r Knifton of Lowton 55 yeres old sick this 3 weekes {illeg} sunday last first in his stomack w^th an extreeme cold w^c tooke a way his stomack ache in the head neck & legs sweateth div^rse times & after troubled w^th an itch as exceeded greatly onc in two or 3 days to grounde. nev^r vomiteth. the 3 of Ian. die ☿ h. 9. 15. 1598. {sic} 1599. bad head greefe taken {in} lawe.

RN Katheron Allen at Newport 50 yeres old. amisse this {illeg} yeres assone as shee was delivered of a child paynd in her hed. & swollen in her face. aremes {sic} legs hoven in her body sweateth & her hed & neck & syde loketh very hie & is specled. short winded & faynte. RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs.
