RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

RN Ione Barnwell of husb. Crowlye 26 y. 3 weekes married. but was ill ever since Christmas & was wont to bleede at the nose \& mouth/ mutch looketh ill & hath a drye cough & shaketh her very mutch. her wat^r of a very good colour. shortwinded.

An Dennet. 3. y: her wat^r is hie coloured hath motes & leeke cobwebs.

RN Parnell Brookes Kerke of Caucot 58. sicke a great well very ill in her bellye. & is a woman of a great body & is swollen & so hath beene this quarter of this yere. / sent to me by her Daughter. this second of maye h. 12. 40. 1599. twice maried.

RN Harry Ashby of Woufton of the Greene 31. die {sic} may 18 die ♀. h. 2 p m. 1599. ill in his bones & aches in his belly & side.

RN Iohn Androwes of Willan 44 yeres old maried about xx yeres. sick by fits this moneth. in his hed yesterday this day keepeth his bed & sometimes so ill y^t he knoweth not what he doth. a very fat faced man. Novemb^r 19. die ☉. h. 8. 39. mi. 1598 a gydines in his hed.

RN vrsula Thorpe of Stony stratford keepeth the bull. hipwell vnkle vnto Thorpe 32 yeres old sick ever sinc mikelmas goeth abroade. Dece {sic} sent by M^r Oliv^r Barker. for his wife sister is her moth^r in frendship & kindred Doubteth wheath^r shee be bewitched & hath a canker in her tongue & tented shee hath an ill stomacke & spitteth putrifyed bloode. RN Cornelius Harvy of Newporte 25. amisse this fortnight in his hart & belly leeke a stitch on weddensday last very ill w^th it Martij 23 die ♀ ♄ {sic}. 1. 55. 1599.

RN An Goodin of Emmerton maried about 48. sinc whitsontide ill at her hart & then her back ready to teare a {sic} her harte & exceeding thirsty & Drye. Octob. 5. die ♃ h. 2. it tooke her lame in her leg

RN An Trueman of Willing 40. y. sick this fortnight backe & harte. & armes full of ach every foot ill keepeth her bed many times. stomack bad w^th it. Ap. 24 die ♂ h. 10. ant m. 1599.

RN Goodman Honour of Newport for his wife who hath bene longe sick & is nowe very exceeding ill h {sic} as her husband telleth me. hanc male suspicant^r de veneficio
