RN Alce Goodman of Woufton of the Greene 34. y. no child this 2 yeres & halfe: Decēb. 31. die ☾ h. 11. 15. ant m. 1599. an old greefe about her hart & lims. a greefe taken.

RN M^r William Chester was borne vppon Easter monday about 4 of the clock p m. this Child is f {sic} very small faynt feble of a longe visage hath not the vse of his lims but specially of his legs to goe natus āno dni 1596. 12 Apr. die ☾ h. 4 p m. 1596.

RN Elisabeth Bunker of Newport complayneth of her legs. & of the {sic} her limms & hath bene sick of it almost this two yeres 17 yeres last midsomer Sept 25. die ☾. h. 10. 15. m. shee taketh no ioy of her worke nor of any thing els.

RN Goodman Marcholl of Newp for his aches of his lims can take no rest day nor night. costive. martij 15. die ♃ h 11. 10 m ant m. 1599.

RN Margaret Miller a widow at Calverton 60 yeres old in her lims troubled w^th a great heate & sweate. 2i of March. die ☿ h. 11. 30|45| ant m. 1599. doubteth of her death.

RN Rich Prentise of lowten about 60 payned in his back lims & in his mēbers. full of aches feb. 20 die ♂ h. 11. 45. 1599. cannot sleepe he hath a great scouring day by day. 4 or 6 times a day for this 20 yeres.

RN Agnes Astill: otherwise Miller of Newport 40. yees {sic} old miserablely handled in her lims & ded poer & lowe brought. sent her this 26 feb: die ☾. h. 9. 15. mi. 1599. burneth & is full of blisters & itches.

RN Will: Miller of Brodwell 60 yeres old. sore in his legs swollen w^th the humor fallen downe into them & in his lims. Ap. 28. die ♄. h 8. 30. ant m. 1599. goeth to ground once in 2 days.

RN Harry Arnold for aches in his lims his thighes & legs. Asc. day. the 17 of may. die ♃. h. 6. 15 ant m. 1599.

RN Elisabeth Emmerton of Nash 2i yeres sick this sennet full of paine every where round about her back & lins {sic} & into her hands. 15 of March. die ♃. h. 9. 49. 1599. shee camot {sic} tak any rest day or night light headed

RN Susan Commendall 27. not well this 7 or 8 yeres: benūmed in her lims legs. armes. backe. a hevines in her hed. March 19. die ☾. h. 10. 15. 1599.

RN Alce White of Milton of 5i. at Candlemas a longe time ill by fits. & was had the stone cholick. 7 yeres since nowe in her lims share. harte. & legs back w^th a pricking. March 30 die ♀ h. 8. 15. 1599

RN Agnes Hoton. 7 yeres on sct Valentines eve being sunday amisse in her lims & tounge & feete & hath no sence nor feeling therin at first shee did fall for 2 or 3 dizeases. now hath lost the senc & vse of her lims

RN Iane Bachouse of Hansloppe 7 yeres old. sick this twelfmoneth. cōplayneth in her bodye aches in her lims. pined away. speaketh very hartely & eateth her meate well. hath a great laske for this 2 moneths Marche 12 die ☾ h. 8. 56. ant m. cōplayneth of her hart & brest 1599. her lims will hardly beare her.
