RN Edward Vuedale the sonne of Iohn Vuedale & Agnes Croutch was borne 1586 the 18 of Septemb being sonday in the mornng betwixt 3 & 4. at 3. 45 min: he is mutch troubled w^th a bunch swelling in the neck & subiect to mutch breaking out & sores legs & neck specially that it hath bene lanced. a small leane childe w^c batteleth not.

RN Iohn Thorpe of Newport mutch troubled w^th an itch & bleach of a waterish humour. taken w^th a surfet as he imagineth a hot stomack & troubled w^th a salte or a sweete re{eume} y^t he spitteth a qua pint of water {illeg}|a|t a time. most cōplayneth of an itch. water very good some white flecks & cloudes.
