RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die ☿. h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day y^t maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porreng^r of clompered bloode/

SRN Elizabeth wotton his wife. very weake for the most part of a month not able to helpe her selfe. cannot sleep at all. flesh bated & pined away

TG Thomas moore of Gulden watten in Cambr sh: 54 y. jan. 28. ♂ h. 4. 30 p {m} 1634. had a fall 6 weekes agoe & brought vp bl|o|od in great quantity. now a forthnight he keepeth his bed & is much swelled, hath a great coug{h}{illeg}
