RN Mres An Barber of Kensworthe 46|5| y. sept 28. hor 9. 16|5|. ant m 1603.

was borne {illeg} {sic} on a {tuds} \shrovesōdaye/ after noone. an hour betwixt 4 & 5. /hath often bene let blood sicknes gone this 4 yeres.\ |extreeme hot. casteth vp sometymes leek whit of egge. sometymes blacke stuffe.|

Mres An Barber sept 28 hor. 9. 15 ant m. 1603. strangly handled wth her stomack burning & gnawing & then an intolerable paine of her hed for 20 houres not well for 40 houre & then it cōmeth once in a weeke in the wynter. & aftr hath a swelling & a gnawing in the calf of her legs.
