RN vrsula Thorpe of Stony stratford keepeth the bull. hipwell vnkle vnto Thorpe 32 yeres old sick ever sinc mikelmas goeth abroade. Dece {sic} sent by Mr Olivr Barker. for his wife sister is her mothr in frendship & kindred Doubteth wheathr shee be bewitched & hath a canker in her tongue & tented shee hath an ill stomacke & spitteth putrifyed bloode. Decēbr. 2i. die . h. 9. 15. ant m. 1598.
