RN Ambrose Marche at Woulverton serveth M^r Gaskin 26 yeres. sick fell sick as they suppose vppō the 21 of novemb. moved his quest. this 28 of novemb. die ♂ h. 2. p m. 1598. hath kept his bed 2 days. & 2 days or 3 before on his iourneye

RN Miller of Brodwell 55. yeres Doth nothing els but vomit. & so hath done every day this yere nowe forsaketh his meate & keepeth his bed nowe this 3 days. March 20 die ♂ h. 2. 8 p m 1599

is very lame a yere & cānot styrre her legs & when the her legs are up, they cā hardly pull thē downe & when they are downe they will turne vp by snatches vp into her body w^th great payne & is forced ever sinc shrovetuesday to keepe her bed. & when she is put into a chayre she must be bound to it or els her legs will dawe {sic} her out /in great extremity\

RN Alce Cowly of Sherington wheath^r leekely to live or Die 36. sick ever sinc satterd. was sennet. die ☾ h. 8. 15. ant m. 1599. keepeth her bed. at her harte & in her left leg.

RN Ihone Nelson of Moulso of 52 yeres old. sick this 14 yere. always vomiteth vp her meate espec. this last yere. keepeth nowe her bed it g{oo}gleth in her body. y^t w^c cometh vp is black as sote nothing given her will: make her vomit shee bendeth her selfe forward & always must reatch fleume sick her back & left side & keepeth her bed. & tumbleth vp all 10. 45. ant m 1598. shee feareth lest shee be wasted w^thin. 1598. die ☿ always cold feete hands novemb. 8.

RN Iohn Burton of Cosgrave for his disease a boy of 9 yeres old kept his bed ever sinc tuesday. voyded wormes payned in chest belly & hart a stitch vnd^r his right \side/ a very hie coloured youth w^th the vexation y^t was pale before. all swollen frō the face to the granes. made no water sinc thursday. at 25 of March. die ☉ h. 6: 8. p. m 1599
