RN Mr Askum enquireth wheathr his Daughtr mres May {sic} Askum who hath bene troubled wth mopishnes. for 3 yers space ever about frō alhalloutyde & the wynter season vntill the begynning of march & then vseth to mend in the spring & so hath done y two yers togeathr but this year having taking purges & letten blood by on Dallyfeld about Cadlemas {sic} now is grown worse then before & still is not mended as now at this spring as she was wont heretofore A. enquireth wheathr she will mend & by what {me} {sic} meaes {sic} May 2 h. 6. pm 1620 /19 y old.\ /of livord in Hany parsh {sic} in Barksheere.\ |vtū {sic} curabilis nec ne pater filio {sic} sine consensu.|
