strangly handled in her feete w^th pulling & gnawing her feete w^th extremity of payns & her hands pill all over & the tops wore away w^th the payne & did extremely vomyte at the first for 4 days 16 weekes. & had 2 child w^ch vomyted sorely & on child dyed & she cānot sit vp nor goe but as she she {sic} is caryed nor cānot abyde any to touch her hands & feete & are extreme hot

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo.
