about cristmas face & hands mutch swelled as big as two stomack weake cā scarc keepe any thing. I {se}aled blood onc sinc yt mutch payned in his head & mēbers at the end of making water it prickes & throbs wth extreme payne

feareth an vlcer for it is as matter yt cōmeth frō him & maketh it often. 4 tymes in an houre it hindereth slepe.
