RN Isbell Linwell servant to Thomas Buncher of Paulus Perrye 30 yeres old nor fath^r nor moth^r a hie colourd wate woman & sweateth hart swollen in the body & legs. & chest faynte y^t shee can do no worke hed & hart beateth. 27 of March die ♂ h. 1. 30 p m. 1599. short winded hath bene amisse this 3 weekꝭ {wak}heth

RN Ihone Persivall of Lo{illeg} 35 yeres about 20 weekes amisse. short winded. hot in her stomack shee hath broken out in her face w^th a flushing heate. payne in her hed her neighbours tell her y^t shee may be breeding of child.. 16 of novemb. die ♃. h. 1.. 1598. broke out in her nose &|f|ace & chin w^th pimpels.

RN Richard Kinge of Nash. 24 yeres hath had a swelling in his body belly & mēbers & face for this 3 yeres & goeth away agayne. Octob. 3 die ☿ h. 12. 45. {illeg} 1599. hath bene at Cublington son of Thorton’. in his throate & k {sic} & knees.

RN Margaret Lawrenc 50 yeres old servant sent in y^t howse never well sinc y^t servante went he{illeg}|r| master did not leeke her well & therfore turned her away. suspected shee can seldome sleepe. fallen downe into her leg this Margaret sayd of her y^t shee was naught w^th on of her masters servantꝭ y^t was marid

RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to M^r Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell y^t so payneth him y^t he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate. RN Agnes Kinge servā to M^res Burchmore of tottle end 22 y payned hart stomack & head. sodenly ready taken at night for an hour lost her speake munday last about 12 a clock at night came in her owne son Ian 14 die ☾ h. 1. 30 p m. 1600.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson mill. l 72 yeres old sick in L {sic} his body this 2 or 3 yeres about his \6 weekes./ he cōplayneth \of his navell/ it is sore & rūneth a|i|t reeseth at his navell leek an oake water. it looketh red & is rawe. he hath the cholick w^th all & y^t for this 7 yeres: maketh water very often. he thinketh his teeth to {stink} in his hed. & his feete to Double vnder him die ☿. h. 12. 15. 1598 he sent me a dish of oates he is a fuller. novemb. 8. 1598.
