RN Thomas Leades an old man that dwelleth in Stonystratf. & vseth to sell aquavitæ. lyeth at his hart pit ever sinc satterday night & is as a thing that heaveth & sucketh on him & maketh him that he cannot rest day nor night. & {sic} wilbe rept if he dre & would be rept a live if I would counsell him thervnto. looketh very pale & cōsumed Decēbr. 10. hor die h 11. ant m. 1599. ter nuptus.
