DB {illeg}maried the 30th of Iune betwixt foure and five aclocke in the evening in the yeare of our Lord i596 being xxvth yeres ould at that time being being borne on Saynt mathes Daye betwixt xii and one at night SF \1571 / Dority {borne} borne at Barthelemutide the day and time vnsertayne being of of {sic} the age of five ag or sixe and thirty nowe Desiring yow to make the playster for my backe agaynst friday or saterday if posiple yow can for I indure great payne yow may tell this berar howe I must vse the oyle for hearing wch yow gave me whether I must take it whote or CouldeSF
