RN William Tomkins \9 y cānot feed him selfe toucheth his hands & legs evr sinc Easter./ Francis Tomkins 17 y {sic} |7 y| a boye Marg. Tomkins 14. y.

Williā Tomkins was stroken suddenly. lame in all his lims & cā speake but a litle yt on cā scarce vnderstand & when he goeth he rūneth as on yt should light on his head all halloutyde the weddensday after Alhalloutyde was 4 y. hath bene thick of hearing a weeke & curst wth all.
