RN Mr Raynolds of Stony stratford sept 17 ♄ hor 11. 15. ant m 1603.
he came to enquire of me the cause of his sons sicknes wheathr he dyed of ye plauge I or noe for he els he would have divrse of his neighbours sons before a iustice on for giving him a shrewd fall vppon wch he grew sick & dyed vppō tuesday he had blacke spots
