RN Ihone Orrish. sick this 3 weekes stomack ill casteth vp her meate. 46. Apr. 5. die ♃ 11. 56. 1599.

RN Ihone Brinckloe hath had her flowers stopt this 2 moneths first s{und}ay in {cleme fecit} 42 old. 2 houres afore daye Decēb. 1598. extreeme coughe day & night & very cold. vomiteth vp all.

RN Agnes Gooding of Milten 48. amisse since Christmas & ariseth at her harte ready to mak her swounde 28 of March die ☿ h. 8. 15. 1599.

RN M^res Vuedale for her ague & extream heate & the arising vp of her stomacke. this 21 of Apr. die ♄. h. 7. 1599.

RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to M^r Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell y^t so payneth him y^t he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate. RN Ellen Purrier of Hardmeade of 42. y. sick by fits ever since miklemas & hath a rising in her chest & troubled w^th a coughe Apr. 25. die ☿ h. 11. 15. ant m.

RN Ihone Hull of Newport of 46 yees {sic} for the rising of her & greeping of her hart by fits shee hath had it a longe time: somewhat leek an impost ready to stop her wind & can hardly swallowe her spittle. Octob 5. die ♃. h. 3. {illeg}|5|0. p m. 1598. arising leeke the mother.

RN Margaret Tarelton \Thorne/ the wife of Will Tarelton a tealer \of Newport./ 40 yeres old 16 yeres maried sick & hath had her disease growing vppon her this 12 monets {sic} & better quærit novemb. it taketh her every foote. Novemb. 13 die ☾. h. 12. 6. mi 1598. shee was so weak shee could not come but sent her servant mead it ariseth from her hart vpward to her throot ready to stop her winde
