RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson sent onc againe to me for my counsell his pain lieth now in his Cods {wc} are swollen as big as ons hed & as hard as a borde he was wont to haue them swollen very big but then lasted but 5 houres & nowe swelled ever sinc weddensday he cannot eate sleepe or goe to ground. troubled wth the wind Cholicke a paine in his backe st{illeg}ry Desirous to take a stro{illeg} but Doubteth he ca shall be able Decēb. filius patre cū consensu. The pills j sent her did worke very well & did her very much good.
Is now short wynded & much hoven in ye stomacke & weake in her knees & A{illeg}k|nc|kles, as she was then
hath at this tyme a great hoarsenes & straytnes in her throate. desires the note of ye Dyet drinke. & pills.
