RN Mres Williams of Piddington the vicars wife hath had the falling sicknes this 16 yeres. sent her selfe vnto me the 31 of decēbr. die ☾. h. p m: h. 5. 30 p m. 1599.
The fellowe met me thē at Staunton but brought her watr the 1 of Ianiary die ♂ h. 8. ant m. 1599 {sic} & shewed then the bill that contayned her disease. 1599 {sic}
